      what if when you type that in…your browser takes you to your previous ISP webmain and not Network Solutions? Can't find any one at Network Solutions to resolve this problem for me.

      You are probably typing your mail domain into the Google box instead of the address bar of your browser. You should also check your internet options and make sure your browser is not set to search from the address bar. Search engines are great for finding information, but they should npot be used to browse to known locations. Hope this helps.

      Every time I go to Network Solutions Web-mail to check my email, I get an error message that says, “This link is broken, try again later”. This happens every morning when I try to log on.

      I have contacted Network Solutions numerous times and they keep telling me that it my computer. I don't believe this because it's only Network Solutions link that I'm having this issue with.

      Also, this problem just isn't on one computer, it's on every computer in the house. I even tried at my friends house and the issue happened at hers. Explain that to me!

      After syncing my Outlook account to Webmail, I no longer have emails in my Webmail Inbox. It must be something simple but haven't figured it out yet.

      Its Simple. In your outlook account settings, please make sure you have checked ” leave messages on server” tab. Right now, outlook downloads the messages and deletes copies from the server.

      I currently can’t logon to mail, because a page pops up, blocks me from going past it, and when trying to hit their start button, absolutely nothing happens and i do not know what Network Solutions is referring to as the close button.

      This email has been very awkward to use over the years.
      The only reason I still use it, is my email is tied to a commercial domain name.

      If they have a simpler interface I do not know about it.

      Like a farmers used to tell me, “they are useless as tits on a bull.”

      As a customer I would recommend that they get rid of their sales force and hire some customer empathetic staff.  I do not have time to hunt through the sales pitches for the buttons that apply to existing accounts.

      At least there are replies to the comments here (& I thought it was just me….haha), but sorry NS, “Our support team is here to help” does NOT cut it! How about this? DESIGN YOUR PAGE SO WE DON’T NEED A SUPPORT TEAM! Have you noticed there are a dozen or more people here with the SAME problem? If I didn’t have to use this site for work I would be GONE.       OK….even your own instructions don’t work. I did the following (as per above on this page):

      “Instructions on how to login to your Network Solutions’ Email :
      Simply type ‘http://mail.yourdomainname.com’ into your browser’s web address bar and you’ll be taken directly to the email log-in.”

      When I did so I got this:

      “Your search -http://mail.xxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.com- (my info) did not match any documents.”

      Suggestions: REDESIGN THIS DAMN SITE! NOW !!!

      I have great difficulty using network solutions email so I tell everyone that email is broke and l use my Yahoo. trying to get any help from network solutions is like pulling teeth from a goat

      Someone suggested I should have gone with Go Daddy not NS.
      SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO THEM.
