Ad Village is a new ad platform for bloggers that gives back 80-100% of ad revenue back to bloggers. They use crowdsourcing to refine the methods that people advertise on blogs and use sophistcated analytics to target better than ever. They just launched at Blog World and they have tons of sponsors with a team of 10 people.

I recently had the opportunity to meet the co-founders, Marissa Louie and Duc Haba who explain their strategy and why it is important to serve the bloggers with a new ad platform that hasn’t been seen previously. Check out our interview below:
