      Nice. As an uninsured (not my choice) self-employed person (yes, my choice) this is great to see. When I had to have an MRI a few years ago I wound up shopping labs.

      What an experience. They were not used to a patient asking how much it would cost!

      The MRI started out at $1300 in one place and I wound up using a lab that charged me $625. (The local hospital that my property taxes support was the worst!)

      My doc normally prefers that I give her a personal visit. Texting medium can make things so easier in other this hectic life style.

      I think people need a more personal approach when it comes to doctors. I know i have a doctor which takes care of my problems(prosolution) and he is so nice. He always knows me by name, he's friendly and i gladly attent every meeting.

      Back in the old days before modern insurance I think the doctor – patient relationship was much better and far less expensive.
