SWEEPSTAKES NAME: TWELVE DAYS OF BUSINESS TIPS
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD/ENTRY DEADLINE: The sweepstakes will be held from Monday, December 14, 2009 through Friday, December 25, 2009. On Monday, December 14, 2009, entries may be submitted beginning 12:00 p.m. EST and no later than 11:59 p.m. EST. From December 15, 2009 – December 25, 2009, all entries must be received beginning 12:00 a.m. EST on the day of each daily sweepstakes and no later than 11:59 p.m EST on the day of each daily sweepstakes.
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. VOID IN PUERTO RICO AND WHERE PROHIBITED, SOME RESTRICTIONS APPLY. INTERNET ACCESS IS REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION. Odds of winning depend on total number of entries. A purchase of any services or products from Network Solutions, LLC will not increase your chances of winning. By entering, each contestant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules.
ELIGIBILITY:
1. Must be 18 years of age or older to enter.
2. Must be a legal resident of the United States. Residents of Puerto Rico are not eligible.
3. Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors and interns) who have within the past six months performed services for Network Solutions, LLC or any affiliated organization (including affiliated advertising agencies or participating co-sponsor promotion patrons), or any household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter.

Read these Official Rules. There are three (3) methods of entry. You may enter multiple times on each day of the sweepstakes via any of the listed entry methods, provided a unique, non-duplicative “comment” is submitted via each method. These entry methods are:
(1) Post a blog comment at http://blog.networksolutions.com and include your name, e-mail (required, but will not be displayed to third parties), and website (optional).
(2) Post a “tweet” on Twitter – you must include hash tag #nsBizTip
(3) Become a fan of Network Solutions on Facebook and post a comment on Network Solutions’ wall (http://www.facebook.com/pages/NetworkSolutions/190173166019?ref=ts)
NOTE: All comments must not be obscene, indecent, libelous, defamatory, harassing, abusive, hateful, sexually-explicit, or embarrassing to any person or entity as determined by Network Solutions, LLC in its sole discretion. Comments may not infringe upon any copyright or intellectual property rights of any party, shall not reveal any trade secrets, and shall not be illegal or otherwise objectionable. Comments further may not constitute advertisements or solicitations of business, surveys, contests, chain letters, or pyramid schemes, or contain any computer viruses or other harmful codes.
Online entries will be accepted beginning at 12:00 p.m. EST on December 14, 2009 through 11:59 p.m. EST (for that day’s prize). Beginning December 15, 2009 – December 25, 2009, online entries may be submitted beginning 12:00 a.m. for that day’s prize and must be submitted no later than 11:59 p.m. on the indicated day.
Please note that by providing your name, e-mail, Twitter account, and/or Facebook account, you may be contacted by Network Solutions regarding your winning of a prize in this Sweepstakes, or for other informational and promotional purposes, and your name will be posted with the names of prize winners.

HOW TO WIN AND COLLECT PRIZES:
One (1) winner each day will be randomly selected by Network Solutions, LLC, except for December 25, 2009 when twelve (12) winners will be selected. Entries received by 11:59 p.m EST for each of the dates indicated above will be eligible for consideration for that day’s indicated prize. The random drawing will take place at Network Solutions, LLC’s headquarters in Herndon, Virginia on the morning of the next business day.
The winners will be notified by e-mail and/or direct message to the e-mail address, Twitter username and/or Facebook username they have provided to enter regarding prizes won and will be announced via blog.networksolutions.com, Twitter, and Facebook, within approximately one hour of the drawing. The winners may also be required to sign a release and a declaration of eligibility. Failure to complete and return the release promptly or return of a prize notification as undeliverable within twenty-four (24) hours from notification will cause a prize to be forfeited and awarded to a randomly selected alternate winner.
Prizes will be delivered within one – two weeks of the announcement of each winner. Prizes will be delivered through Network Solutions’ sending to the winner an e-mail promotion code.
INDEMNIFICATION: By entering the sweepstakes, each participant agrees to hold Network Solutions, LLC, its affiliated entities, affiliated advertising agencies or participating co-sponsor/promotion patrons and each of their officers, directors, stockholders, employees, agents and representatives harmless from any claim, damage, loss or injury which may arise, directly or indirectly, as a result of any and all elements of such contestant’s participation in the sweepstakes or the acceptance or use of any prize(s) awarded therein.
