This week, Network Solutions announced a new partnership with the company Zoho.com to provide its small business customers with an integrated solution for running their online business and internal operations. They have a ton of applications that range from CRM to project management and everything in between. They just announced integration with Google Docs and their tools have sync capability with Microsoft Office and Outlook so they have evolved over the last few years as the most robust web productivity suite. With the evolution of Google Docs and Microsoft’s eventual push with Microsoft Live, Zoho has a lot to keep up with to stay competitive.

Zoho CRM Overview

Zoho CRM is ideal for organizations with 1-100 sales people. It is simple to use, yet packed with features and advanced functionality that allow you to grow your business while having a single view of your customer interactions.

Customer relationship management (CRM) solutions vary, but for the most part they help businesses manage sales leads, accounts, campaigns, forecasts and activities. Most CRM packages tend to be too heavyweight for the sole proprietor, however. They cost a bundle and contain features that most web workers don’t need. Zoho has a relatively simple CRM solution that’s free for up to three users. Although it takes some figuring out, it’s a good option to consider for web workers.
