Pragnesh and Heidi offered ideas on how to continue innovating despite the recession.
- Look for ways to market in efficiently and economically by leveraging online technology
- A website is only the beginning–make sure your search engine optimization (SEO) is up to speed, so prospective customers can find your business.
- Beware of the “technology soup.” Pick a few online channels and own them. Don’t spread yourself too thin.
