Technology is a great way for a small business to become more productive, spread awareness and get more customers using the power of online marketing. In today’s hyper-connected world, the internet is the way most people are getting their information. Having a presence on the internet through a website which should be the center point and build your social networks around it a must for every business. New technology and tools also make it easier to keep in touch with your existing customers. Word of mouth is fast becoming world of mouse as technology has made it easy for customers to share their opinion on a business online. I hope to discuss this and more at the conference.
