As described below, request a refund under this limited guarantee and you'll receive a refund of your purchase price, less any charges for additional services and a processing fee (if applicable), all of which are non-refundable.
30-Day Limited Money Back Guarantee is limited to one purchase per customer per account. You may cancel anytime within the first 30 days of when the initial order was placed by calling 1-866-391-HELP. To receive any refund under this Guarantee, you must request a refund when you call in to cancel.
A processing fee of $5.00 will be charged for the cancellation of any 1-year annual package that is billed monthly. A processing fee of $29.95 will be charged for the cancellation of any 1-year annual package not billed monthly. The processing fees for cancellation of multi-year packages not billed monthly will be: $24.95 per year for two-year packages, $19.95 per year for three-year packages, $14.95 per year for five-year packages and $9.95 per year for ten-year packages.
Refunds will not be applied to accounts that are past-due or for accounts that are cancelled before the conditions for payment of the Refund are met. Refunds will only be made to the name, address, and credit card account on file. No Refund will be issued for accounts that are terminated by Network Solutions in accordance with the Network Solutions Terms of Service. Other restrictions may apply.
