And how that works over each social media platform can be very different! Personally I have found that Twitter brings through the most meaningful interactions for me within the capacity of my business - I've had business leads through it and used numerous suppliers, and found the tutorials and advice of Alison at http://thepurpledog.net/ invaluable to that end. She offers fantastic advice and support on using Twitter for Business.
