Social media has allowed small businesses an avenue to attract new customers like never before, and daily deal sites like Groupon and LivingSocial have made the phenomenon all the more enticing to the customer looking for a great deal. Now, Buckaroo has is working to improve the daily deal platform by allowing small businesses to target the exact customers who are looking for their services and products. Buckaroo doesn’t set the promotion guidelines, the business owner does that, so deals could be any percentage off or a “buy one, get one” deal. Customers redeem offers by presenting a printed coupon and pay in-store, so merchants keep 100 percent of the revenue. Buckaroo is available free while in beta version and then will go to a monthly flat fee subscription fee.
