		<description>I agree highly with the  first point that provide the flexibility hours to the interns. As allow them to work at their demanded hours and place also. So they will agree more to do more work.
And the other point i want to add is that held the meetings of the interns and of the senior member. And then ask for their new ideas and strategies to get more success for the firm. So this way they believe their value high at your organisation and same as the other employee of the firm.</description>
