One iPad, one user? Not necessarily. If you want to equip your office with iPads but can’t afford one for every employee, the Our iPad app lets multiple users share a single iPad while still maintaining separate identities. Each user gets his or her own separate password-protected account. Although the app primarily targets families who want to share a device, small businesses can use it to access identity-driven programs such as Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, Twitter and Facebook. That means most of the apps are still community property, but Our iPad offers a firewalled zone where users can go to get their webmail. Free on iTunes.
