Geek Squad agents are available 24/7 to help companies nationwide with installing new programs, troubleshooting or any other tech-related issue that may arise. By adding the Geek Squad agents, Verizon can now offer its customers full tech support such as virus protection and file synching for all its mobile and wireless solutions. All Help Desk levels of service include 24/7 phone and online support, while Advanced support adds services for mobilizing a workforce with tablets and smartphones, and virtual private network connectivity.
