There’s a new way to review your employees, keep them motivated and update them on their performance goals—all through a social tool similar to Facebook. Today’s employees don’t want to wait for their annual performance review to find out how they’re doing, and with Rypple, they don’t have to. Employees create a profile; then performance goals are posted and tracked. Goals can be public for everyone to see (for example, if everyone is working on a shared project) or can be kept private between you and the employee. Rypple makes it easy for you to engage and encourage employees and recommend ways they can improve. You can send feedback and messages to employees so they always know how they’re doing.
