This free Web app comes with pre-set to-do lists that are easy to click on and fill out. To develop a task system, just click the desired list and simply add items. You can also tweak each list to prioritize and repeat tasks. If you want to share tasks with your staff or business partners, there is a system to invite collaborators and assign jobs. Astrid will even send you a weekly completion update, so you know who has completed what.
