		<description>This article is timely. We&#039;ve done holiday parties for years but the past few years we have had to cut back because of the economy. Now that things are getting a little bit better, some employees are asking for me to forgo a holiday a party and apply any that money towards cash gifts or bonuses. I&#039;m inclined to agree but there&#039;s something special about the camaraderie that comes with a celebration. Still trying to figure out the best way to go.</description>
