Once the image is saved, the information can be emailed to your accountant and the receipt tossed in the trash. Tools help you categorize your receipts–dining, gas, software, utilities—and you can add your own categories to suit your business’ specific needs. You can also browse your receipts by alphabet, category, timestamp and location. Receipts are always password protected in case your phone is lost or stolen.
