Evernote has taken its very popular note-taking organization app and made a version especially designed for small and medium-sized businesses. The new Business version of Evernote adds tools to help businesses be more productive and collaborative, such as the ability to access, use, manage and modify any Business Notebook and its contents, while Personal Notebooks stay private. Evernote Business administrators have the ability to invite and manage users, store research, presentations, documents, notes and more. You can even save entire webpages with the Evernote Web Clipper.

Still in beta, the Cage app is an online collaboration tool for creative teams comprised of agencies, designers and freelancers working together on creative projects. Entrepreneurs in the field understand clients don’t want a lot of back-and-forth emails with attachments of drafts of designs before deciding on a final proof. Cage simplifies the process by containing the project on one customized page where all parties can see the progress of a design and make comments right on the same page (no need to open or keep track of multiple attachments). Creating a new account takes just 32 seconds and users can immediately upload their work. Cage assigns the project a unique URL and also keeps project statistics.
