A: Retrieving or resetting your password is quick and simple, just follow these easy steps:
Option 1: Retrieve Your User ID

Go to https://www.networksolutions.com/manage-it/forget-login.jsp

Enter your e-mail address, or Enter a Domain Name in the appropriate box, click Continue.

If you entered your Email Address, a message will be sent to you with the Usernames we have on file for that address.

If you entered a Domain Name, and there are multiple names associated with this account:
a. You will be prompted to verify your contact information by selecting your name.
Or
b. If this is not your account, select I am not one of the above contact(s) .

If you entered a domain name, and you are the only contact on the account you will be presented with an option to select sending notification to the email account we have on file or an option to update the e-mail address we have on file via fax

Option 2: Reset Your Password

Go to https://www.networksolutions.com/manage-it/forget-login.jsp

Enter your User ID in the box then click Continue

Select one of these options

E-mail me a link to reset my password

Answer my password security question—Type the answer to your security question in the space provided

Update my e-mail address via fax

Input the security code and click continue

Follow the instructions outlined in the next step. When prompted to Reset Password , type a new password in the New Password box and retype it in the Confirm Password box (Passwords must be 4-8 characters in length) then click Continue .

A new screen will confirm that your information has been updated.
