Yes, you can copy and paste content from Microsoft^® Word documents. Simply copy the content using the Copy option in Word, go to the location in the Website Builder Tool where you would like to paste the text and select Ctrl and V on your keyword to paste the content. Some of the formatting from your Word document may not carry over.
