Can I merge multiple accounts into one Account Manager?

When you have multiple accounts with Network Solutions® you can combine them into one account to manage all your services under one log in.

When you have several different logins for multiple accounts, follow the steps To Merge User Id's

Once you have merged your different logins you can follow the steps To Merge Accounts.

 

To Merge User Id's:   

You can only merge two User IDs at a time.  To merge more than two User IDs, you must first merge two and then repeat the process to Merge additional User ID's.

1. Go to www.networksolutions.com and click on MANAGE ACCOUNT

2. Click on the Account Settings tab

3. Go to the User Profile section

4. In the User ID and Password section, click the Merge User IDs button.

5. Enter the User ID and password that you want to merge with the User ID for which you are currently logged into.

6. Click the Continue button

7. Select the User ID and corresponding user information you want to keep. The User ID you do not select will be deleted. Click Merge.

8. A confirmation page will appear verifying that your User IDs have been merged.

 

To Merge Accounts: 

You must be the Primary Contact on both accounts to merge.  You can only merge two accounts at a time.  To merge more than two accounts, you must first merge two and then repeat the process to merge additional accounts.

1. Go to www.networksolutions.com and click on MANAGE ACCOUNT

2. Click on the Account Settings tab

3. Go to the Merge Accounts section

4. Click Merge Accounts.

5. Select the two accounts you want to merge and click Continue.

6. Select the radio button next to the account you want to keep and click Merge.

7. Agree to the Network Solutions® Service Agreement.

8. A confirmation page will appear verifying that your Accounts have been merged.

 

Please Note:

  • Accounts cannot be merged if you are not the Primary Contact on both accounts
  • Accounts cannot be merged with the following domain name extensions .am, .at, .be, .de, .es, .fm, .in, .com.mx, .co.nz, .co.uk, .name (third level), .pro, .ca, .tel, .pl, .ru and .ch.
