Can multiple people be contacted by nsProtect™ Safe when the site goes down?
Yes. You have the option of adding multiple people to your contact list. Simply log in to Account Manager, click on "nsProtect" and choose "Manage Site Monitoring". In your nsProtect™ Safe manager click on "Edit Contacts". You may add new contacts or edit your current contact information there.
