Through the Certified Offer Service®, the Buyer agrees to keep the offer valid for a period of 10 days. The Seller may respond at any time during this period. The Seller can respond by rejecting the Buyer's offer and then propose to sell the domain name to the Buyer for a minimum acceptable price. The Buyer has one opportunity to make a counter offer. This process encourages serious offers and enables a buyer to find out quickly whether a desired domain name may be obtained.
