Changing Payment Methods

To update or add payment information to your Account:

  • Log in to Account Manager
  • Click the Accounts and Contacts under Account Settings tab
  • Go to the Billing Information section
  • Click on the Edit Information button
  • Update or add your payment information on this page and then click the Continue button

Your payment information has been updated.

Please note

Only the Account Holder / Primary Contact and Administrative Contact of record on the account have the authority to update the payment information for an account.


The information Network Solutions® receives from you is stored on systems designed to prevent the loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of that information. Your transmission of sensitive information (e.g., account numbers, account passwords) to us is encrypted in the interest of privacy protection and information integrity. Transactions within our Account Manager and purchase flows use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption when transmitting data from your connection to our systems. You can click the lock icon within your Web browser to verify the authenticity of any of the SSL certificates.


If you have services that are currently on Auto Renew you can change, but cannot delete, your payment information.
