A shopping cart is the part of the site that collects items from your customer. When you click the “add to cart” button on a Buy Now Button or Single Product Layout, the Shopping Cart collects the desired product for safe keeping. A user can add multiple products to their cart before beginning the checkout process. Continue reading to learn how to configure a Floating Shopping Cart.

1. Navigate to the Add-A-Store section of your merchant control panel.
2. Click the Single Product Layout option
3. Select whether you wish to create or modify an existing Shopping cart or want to generate the code:
   1. Update Shopping Cart Settings – Allows a user to customize the location of the Shopping Cart.
   2. Generate Shopping Cart Code – Creates the HTML needed to place the Shopping Cart on your existing website. This HTML is based on the previous settings of the Shopping Cart (Steps 7 -9 below)
4. Select the Update Shopping Cart Settings.
5. Choose the location of the Floating Shopping Cart:
   1. Top Right
   2. Top Left
   3. Top Center
   4. Bottom Right
   5. Bottom Left
   6. Bottom Center
6. Next click, “Continue” to save the Shopping Cart settings
7. Click the Copy Code button to save the needed HTML to your clipboard.
8. Upon clicking the Copy Code button, you will be prompted when the copy was successful.
   1. You can also manually copy the code in the dialogue box on the left.
9. The final step requires you to take the code to your website and place the HTML in the appropriate place on your existing website.
