Content Recovery Service OverviewContent Recovery - Required Information
Our Content Recovery service, provided by our MyTime Support™ Team, is available to assist you with recovering content from your expired hosting package.
In order to complete the service, we must receive information on the following:
- The current hosting package to which the recovered site should be restored
- Whether or not a database must also be recovered
- A listing of email addresses, if they need to be recovered
Content Recovery - Service Details
Please note the following regarding this service:
- There are limitations on the timeframes for site recovery:
- If the site to be recovered was using Website Builder, it must have been deleted less than 30 days ago.
- If the site to be recovered was a custom site, it must have been deleted less than 7 days ago.
- There must be an available hosting package to which the content can be copied.
- All existing content on the destination package will be deleted and overwritten.
- If we are moving email boxes and/or pointing the domain name in addition to content recovery, all products (hosting packages and domain name) need to be on the same account or the accounts must share a common contact (technical or administrative).
