Required Information

Our Copying Content service, provided by our MyTime Support™ Team, copies content from one Image Café®/Website Builder website to a new /existing Network Solutions® hosting or website package.

In order to complete the service, we must receive information on the following:

• Specifics regarding what information is to be copied
• Host FTP information, including Host, Username, and Password (this is not required if the transferring site is hosted at Network Solutions)
• Clear direction regarding where the copied content should be placed on the target website
• Type of content management system in use on target website

Service Details

Please note the following regarding this service:

• There must be an available hosting package to which the content can be copied.
• If we are moving email boxes and/or  pointing the domain name in addition to a content copy, all products (hosting packages and domain name) need to be in the same account, or the accounts must share a common contact (technical or administrative).
• No more than five (5) email boxes will be moved as part of this service.  If additional email box moves are needed, please contact us to discuss options.
