Can I change the number on my counter?

 Your Counter can display any number you wish. For example, you may want to start your Counter on “1000” rather than “0”.
1.   Login to your MyComputer.com account, enter your User Name and Password
2.  Click "Manage" next to Counter
3.  In your Counter Manager, click general features and enter a number in the "counter value" field
4.  Then, click "Finish" to save this number.

Why does the Counter count hits from my personal computer?

By default, the Counter will count all hits to your Web site – including hits from your personal computer. To exclude your computer from the counter:

1. Log-in to the Counter Manager
2. Select General Features
3. Go to Display Options; click Exclude.

Can I create my own design for my counter?

You can customize your Web counter (Unlike most HTML web counters) with your own design. Explore new colors, fonts and/or designs to match the look of your Web page. With unlimited graphical styles, Counter gives you the flexibility to match the look and feel of your web site.  You can even track visitors to your web site, or make the counter entirely invisible to visitors.
