No, in most cases your Web hosting provider will allow Network Solutions nsProtect™ Safe to conduct performance and vulnerability monitoring of your website without any special requests.  Occasionally, however, a Web hosting provider may require that you contact them to confirm that you have requested that Network Solutions® nsProtect Safe perform the vulnerability monitoring scans.  If your hosting provider requires such notification they may block Network Solutions from completing the vulnerability scans until your request has been submitted to them.
