Q: How do I change my e-mail password?

A: To change an e-mailbox password:

1. Go to www.networksolutions.com
2. Click the Account Manager tab at the top right corner of your screen.
3. Enter the User ID and password you created during your Web hosting purchase. If you've forgotten your log-in information, please visit: https://www.networksolutions.com/manage-it/forget-login.jsp
4. Click the E-Mail left menu tab and then click Manage E-Mail.
5. Click on the domain name for the e-mail box whose password needs to be reset.
6. Select the e-mailbox name that you wish to edit.
7. Click Edit e-mailbox name/password. Enter a new password in the Password text box and retype it in the Confirm Password text box (Passwords must be 4-8 characters in length.) Click Save.

Please note:

• Newly registered domain names may take 24- 48 hours to activate your e-mailbox.
• If you are using a POP e-mail software package (like Outlook), you will also need to update those settings with your new password.
