In the Business Contact Information section of the LSV form, enter the contact details for your business.

Local Business Listing - Business Contact Information

• Your first and last names will not appear as part of the online business listing. They are required on this form to set up your record internally with Network Solutions®.
• Provide phone and fax numbers for your business, including an area code.
• Use the Additional Business Phone field if you have a 1-800 number, for example.
• Enter a business email address that you check on a regular basis. Customers would turn away if their communications remain neglected.

Please ensure that all your contact information is up-to-date as this is how customers will try to reach your business.
