Features of Account Manager

Network Solutions® Account Manager gives you the tools you need to manage your account, including merging and updating user IDs and passwords, editing your account contacts, renewing services, and more. It offers maximum control and flexibility so that you can easily access your information and can manage your accounts and services.

  

When you log in to Account Manager,you may see a link at the top right of the page to the Updates and Alerts section where you will receive notifications and be asked to take any necessary actions on your account or on your services. 

You will also see a list of all the various services in your account, grouped by type of service. This list is always accessible from the My Products and Services tab while you are working in Account Manager.

 

  

 

Clicking on a service in the My Products and Services page  will display sub-menus and more details about that service. If you have more than one service under a specific category, you will need to click on a service name to view the details page for that service.  

For example, if you have multiple email packages, clicking on the "My Email" link will display an overview page listing all your various emailboxes. Clicking on the "Manage" button next to a particular emailbox name will take you to the details page where you can manage that emailbox.
