File Upload / Content Transfer Service OverviewRequired Information
Our File Upload / Content Transfer service, provided by our MyTime Support™ Team, assists with uploading files to your Network Solutions® hosting package or transferring files from an existing Network Solutions hosting package to another Network Solutions hosting package.
In order to complete the service, we must receive information on the following:
- The Network Solutions hosting package to which the files will be uploaded
- Exact file name for each file to be uploaded
- Information regarding how you will be providing the file(s) to us

Please note the following regarding this service:
- This service supports uploading the following file extensions: doc, wpd, pdf, xls, txt, ppt, pps, zip, tar, vsd, wmf, gif, jpg, jpeg, bmp, psd, tif, tiff, eps, es, png, swf, fla, mp3, aac, mp4, wav, wma, mov, mpg, mpeg, avi, htm, html.
