Reset your password

If you forget your password, as a security measure, Account Manager will ask you to reset your password:

1. Access the Forgot Login page at https://www.networksolutions.com/en_US/manage-it/forget-login.jhtml
2. Enter your User ID
3. Click Continue
4. Follow the instructions on the next page to reset your password

Retrieve Your User ID

If you forget your User ID, you can retrieve it as long as you know either the valid e-mail address on file or a domain name associated with your account:

1. Access the Forgot Login page at http://www.networksolutions.com/en_US/manage-it/forget-login.jhtml
2. Enter your e-mail address or an appropriate domain name
3. Click Continue
4. Follow the instructions on the next page to retrieve your User ID
