Get the Mac Mail Plug-in for Mail Pro

If you have signed up for nsMail™ Pro (Business Email) & are using Mac Mail as your email program, you will need to download the Mac Mail plug-in so that you can have all the collaborative benefits that nsMail Pro provides.

Instructions:

Click on the icon to download the installer to your computer. Download times vary depending on connection speeds.
- If in the IE browser:
  - Click "Run" when prompted.
  - Wait for installer to be downloaded.
  - Click "Open" when prompted.
- If in the Firefox browser:
  - Click "Save" when prompted.
  - Choose a location to save the installer.
  - Go to that location and double-click the installer file.

The following screen will appear. Read the instructions on the screen, and then click the Continue> button.

When the screen refreshes, you will see the License Agreement. Read through this and then click Continue>.

Indicate that you have read and agree with the license agreement clicking Agree>.

The plug-in is now ready to install. Click Install>.

Click Close to exit the installer.

The plugin is now installed on your machine. Go to the System Preferences icon (outlined in red box below) in the icon dock at the bottom of your desktop.

Find the nsMail Pro icon. Likely, it will be listed under the "Other" section.

Enter the information for the mailbox you would like to sync with Mac Mail.
- Host. Enter 205.178.145.6.
- Login. This will be your email address. For example, mailbox@[yourdomain].com
- Password. This will be the specific password for this email address.

In the above image, click Save. Then click either Slow Sync or Synchronize.

The Python icon will flash orange for a brief time. This means the plugin is ready to sync.

As you use Mac Mail, iCal or Address Book you may see messages similar to the below. If so, click Allow. This will only happen for the initial times the plugin is run until it learns all the necessary information.
