If you have signed up for nsMail™ Pro (Business Email) & are using Outlook as your email program, you will need to download the Outlook plug-in so that you can have all the collaborative benefits that nsMail Pro provides.

Instructions:

1. Click on the icon to download the installer to your computer. Download times vary depending on connection speeds.
   • If in the IE browser:
     • Click "Run" when prompted.
     • Wait for installer to be downloaded.
     • Click "Open" when prompted.
   • If in the Firefox browser:
     • Click "Save" when prompted.
     • Choose a location to save the installer.
     • Go to that location and double-click the installer file.


2. The following screen will appear. Read the instructions on the screen, and then click the Next> button.



3. When the screen refreshes, you will see the License Agreement. Click the radio button for "I accept" and then click Next>.



4. Approve the location to install by clicking Next>. You may also select a different location by clicking the Browse button.



5. The plug-in is now ready to install. Click Next>.



6. The installer will run through the process and notify you when the installation is complete.



7. Click Finish to exit the installer.



8. A restart will be required for your machine to use the new configuration. At this point you can either click Yes for an automatic restart, or No if you intend to restart later.



9. Once you restart your PC, open Outlook. You will be automatically prompted to login.



10. That's it. You are now ready to use nsMail Pro through your Outlook®.
