Getting Started with MyTime SupportCongratulations! You have just purchased a Network Solutions® MyTime SupportTM package.
MyTime SupportTM offers assistance and peace of mind that you need to get the most out of the services that you have with Network Solutions®. Based on your needs, our expert Customer Service representatives will answer your questions, walk you through tasks and, in some cases, complete them for you. MyTime Support is elective, so anyone using our Hosting, Website, Ecommerce, Email, Online Marketing and Mobile products can choose to add it to their Network Solutions account at any time.
The process to having your work completed from purchase to completion:
- You purchase MyTime SupportTM with a specialist
- An Account Managers will gather some information and schedule your work
- A Specialist will complete your work at the scheduled date and time
- You may receive a completion notice to confirm completion and any next steps
If you have not yet scheduled your work to be completed please contact our team using the information below. One of our specialists will confirm that we have all of the information we need and advise you of any next steps.
