How Can I Get Catch-all?

To purchase Catch-All for your existing mailbox:

  1. Log in to Account Manager
  2. Click "My Email"
  3. Under the All Services or Services Attached to this Domain section, click on the emailbox name for which you want to purchase the Catch-All option
  4. To the right of Catch-All email click on Learn More
  5. In the Assign Catch-All to drop down menu select the emailbox to which you want to add Catch-All then click on the Continue button
  6. Select the term period you would like to purchase in the drop down menu then click on the Continue button
  7. Type your credit card information in the text boxes
  8. To ensure you don't miss any email messages, select the check box I would like my new service(s) to Auto Renew
  9. Click on the link to read the Network Solutions® Service Agreement and when completed select the check box then click on the Submit Order button
  10. The Catch-All option has now been added to your emailbox.

Note:

  • For newly created emailboxes, you may have to select No Emailbox --- Assign Later as it takes up to 15 minutes to activate an emailbox
  • For newly registered domain names, it may take up to 36 hours for your emailbox to activate.
  • For domain names that have been registered for 36 hours or more, it may take up to 15 minutes for your changes to take effect.
  • You can only purchase one Catch-All email per domain name.
  • Only Account Holders/Primary Contacts and Account Administrative Contacts on the account can purchase additional services such as catch-all email for the domain name. Account Technical Contacts on the account cannot purchase additional services. More about Account Contacts. Catch-All can only be added to an existing emailbox.
