How Do I Enable Auto-Renew?
If you are tired of having to worry whether or not your emailboxes will be paid for in time, NS offers an auto-renew feature. With many things to worry about other than if your email services will be paid, you can go on without that worry and let Network Solutions® take care of it for you. We understand that your schedule can get very hectic.
Auto-renew is set per mailbox, so you can customize which mailboxes to be auto-renewed and which ones you would like to take care of yourself. To enable this:
- Log into your Account Manager
- Click the "Email" button on the left navigation list
- Select "Manage E-Mail"
- Scroll down to the "Current E-Mailboxes" list
- Click on the checkbox for each mailbox you would like to enable auto-renew. This box can be found just to the left of each mailbox name.
- Click the "Edit Auto Renew" button.
- Select the "On" radio button.
- Click "Save"
- You will receive confirmation of the change.

If you would like to change all of you mailboxes at one time:
- Log into your Account Manager
- Click the "Email" button on the left navigation list
- Select "Manage E-Mail"
- Scroll down to the "Current E-Mailboxes" list
- Click on the checkbox for each mailbox you would like to enable auto-renew. This box can be found just to the left of each mailbox name.
- Click the "Edit Auto Renew" button.
- Beside "Set All to" click either the "On" link. These can be found just above the "On" and radio buttons.
- Click "Save"
- You will receive confirmation of the change.
