How Do I Enable or Disable Auto-Renew?

If you are tired of having to worry whether or not your emailboxes will be paid for in time, NS offers an auto-renew feature. With many things to worry about other than if your email services will be paid, you can go on without that worry and let Network Solutions® take care of it for you. We understand that your schedule can get very hectic.

Auto-renew is set per mailbox, so you can customize which mailboxes to be auto-renewed and which ones you would like to take care of yourself. To enable this:

  • Log into your Account Manager
  • Click the "Email" button on the left navigation list
  • Select "Manage E-Mail"
  • Scroll down to the "Current E-Mailboxes" list
  • Click on the checkbox for each mailbox you would like to enable auto-renew. This box can be found just to the left of each mailbox name.
  • Click the "Edit Auto Renew" button.
  • Select the "On" or "Off" radio button.
  • Click "Save"
  • You will receive confirmation of the change.

 

If you would like to change all of you mailboxes at one time:

  • Log into your Account Manager
  • Click the "Email" button on the left navigation list
  • Select "Manage E-Mail"
  • Scroll down to the "Current E-Mailboxes" list
  • Click on the checkbox for each mailbox you would like to enable auto-renew. This box can be found just to the left of each mailbox name.
  • Click the "Edit Auto Renew" button.
  • Beside "Set All to" click either the "On" or "Off" link. These can be found just above the "On" or "Off" and radio buttons.
  • Click "Save"
  • You will receive confirmation of the change.
