How do I register for the Network Solutions community forum?

The Network Solutions forum is an online community which allows members to access information about Network Solutions products and services and to share ideas with one another. Currently, a forum exists for the following products:

  • nsCommerceSpace
  • Web Hosting
  • nsProtect (SSL and Security)
  • nsMail
  • Website Builder
  • Design/Develop

In order to post a topic to the forum or reply to a thread, you must first register for the forum through the Account Manager. A link to access and register for the forum is available on each product overview page in the Account Manager. For example, to access and register for the nsHosting forum, follow the instructions below:

  • Login to the Account Manager following the steps described here: How do I Log Into Account Manager.
  • Click on the My Hosting Packages link (or any of the products listed above).
  • Click on the Forums/Blog link in the top menu bar.

  • The Network Solutions forum registration form will pop up in a new window. Confirm that your email address is correct. Choose a display name that you would like to appear in the forum when posting new topics or replying to existing topics. Then agree to the Terms and Conditions and click Register.

Note: Your forum display name is separate from your Network Solutions® account user ID. We suggest that your forum display name be different than your Account Manager user ID.

Once you complete this process, you are registered for the Network Solutions forum and can post new topics or reply to existing ones. To access the forum in the future, you must login to the Account Manager and click on the forum link on the respective product overview page or login directly.
