How Do I Share My Calendar?

  1. In order to share your Calendar in your nsMai™l Pro account with another nsMail™ Pro user, simply start by Right Clicking on the Calendar icon in the folder list on the left hand side of the screen.

  2. In the Pop-Up menu click on ‘Properties’ at the bottom, and this will display the Folder Properties for your Calendar.

  3. Click on the ‘Rights’ tab to display the Rights Management screen as shown below.

  4. To share your Calendar with a specific user click on the ‘Add’ button under the ‘User’ column at the top of the screen, which will display the ‘Select Users’ dialogue box.  Note - You can only share your calendar with other nsMail™ Pro users under the same domain name.

  5. Click on a user from the list and click the Add button at the bottom to add that user to the list. You can also remove and users by clicking on the added user and clicking delete.

  6. Once you have the users selected click the ok button and the user will be added to the Rights Management screen. You can now adjust the different permission levels that you want to give to that user by adjusting them at the top of the screen under the type of ‘Rights’ (Read, Write, Delete).

  7. Once you have finished adjusting the rights be sure to click the ‘Save’ button in the top left corner to save your changes.
