How do I transfer files from File Manager to my local computer?

To download files from File Manager to your local computer:

1. Click Download.
2. Select the file or folder (directory) you want to download.
3. Click Download.
4. Select Open to view the file (or folder) or select Save to save the file or folder to your desktop.
If saving the file to your desktop, create a file name and click Save.

The file or folder can now be found on your desktop. A copy of the file or folder will remain in File Manager unless you delete it.

Please Note:
If you are downloading multiple files or folders, you will have to select a compression type from the menu at the bottom of the page.

Please Note:
If your server does not have extension modules that will handle the various compression types, they will not be available. Contact your system administrator if you need to have them installed.
