How do I update my MonsterCommerce Name Servers to Network Solutions?
If you previously managed your DNS records with MonsterCommerce and updating them to Network Solutions, you can follow the below steps to identify your new Name Servers.
- Login to your Network Solutions Account Manager: https://www.networksolutions.com/manage-it/index.jsp
- Navigate to the My Products & Services tab.
- Click the My Ecommerce Package
- If you have multiple Ecommerce packages, select the appropriate one.
- Scroll to the bottom and find the Manage Ecommerce Domains section
- Next to the Primary Domain you will see a View DNS link.
- Click the link and in the pop-up you will see the new Name Server records needed
- NOTE: If you do not see the name servers in the above red box, please contact support at 888-252-ECOM(3266) for additional assistance.
- Take these DNS records to your domain registrar and update the DNS records.
- NOTE: These records will be different for different domains.
