You should have multiple Campaigns running at once for your website.  We recommend at least 3, even if they are on the same product or service.  Within each Campaign, you should have multiple Ad Groups - at least 3 per Campaign.  Within each Ad Group, you should have multiple Ads, at least 3.  You should also have several quality, targeted Keywords per Ad Group.
