How To Check The Status Of A Domain Name Transfer To Network Solutions
If you requested a transfer to Network Solutions, you can check the status of your domain name transfer request:
- Log in to Account Manager.
- Select the "My Domains" icon in the "My Products and Services" tab
- Select the "Transfer Status" button in the "More Domain Options" section to see a listing of your transfer request(s) and the current status.
- Click on the link in the "Status" column to view a detailed explanation of the status.
Please Note
You will need to contact customer service for a status update, if you have requested a transfer for a domain name with an extension other than:
.com, .net, .org, .biz, .info, .mobi, .ar.com, .br.com, .bz, .cc, .cn, .com.cn, .net.cn, .org.cn, regional .cn extensions, .de.com, .eu.com, .gb.com, .gb.net, .hu.com, .jpn.com, .kr.com, .la, .mobi, .no.com, .qc.com, .ru.com, .sa.com, .se.com, .se.net, .tv, .tw, .com.tw, .org.tw, .uk.com, .uk.net, .us, .us.com, .uy.com, and .za.com
Network Solutions will send a notification email message to the person who initiated the transfer and the Administrative Contact (as listed in the current registrar's WHOIS record) with the final result of the transfer request.
