How to Complete your nsProtect™ Assured Site Seal Order

After purchasing an nsProtect™ Assured Site Seal, you will manage the validation and installation process through your Network Solutions® Account Manager. There are four basic steps in the process:

Step 1:  Log in to Account Manager and select your SSL Certificate or Site Confirm Seal

Step 2:  Authenticate Application Information

To ensure proper issuance of your Site Seal, Network Solutions performs the following validation steps:

  1. We verify the Account Holder information provided in your application by matching the registrant information in the WHOIS database.
  2. We check credible providers of business information such as Dun & Bradstreet, articles of incorporation, business licensing agencies, etc. If any other documentation or information is required during this step, we will contact you. 
  3. We may telephone your organization to confirm that an order was placed for your SSL Certificate and the person who placed the order is authorized to do so.

Step 3:  Issue Your Site Seal

Upon successful validation, you will be notified via email and Account Manager that your Site Seal has been issued and is available for download and installation.
