How to Complete your nsProtectTM Assured Site Seal Order
After purchasing an nsProtectTM Assured Site Seal, you will manage the validation and installation process through your Network Solutions® Account Manager. There are four basic steps in the process:
Step 1: Log in to Account Manager, select the My Products and Services Tab in the top right of the screen.
Step 2: Select the My SSL Certificate and Seals icon and go to your specific SSL Certificate or Site Confirm Seal.
Step 3: Authenticate Application Information
To ensure proper issuance of your Site Seal, Network Solutions performs the following validation steps:
- We verify the Account Holder information provided in your application by matching the registrant information in the WHOIS database.
- We check credible providers of business information such as Dun & Bradstreet, articles of incorporation, business licensing agencies, etc. If any other documentation or information is required during this step, we will contact you.
- We may telephone your organization to confirm that an order was placed for your SSL Certificate and the person who placed the order is authorized to do so.
Step 4: Issue Your Site Seal
Upon successful validation, you will be notified via email and Account Manager that your Site Seal has been issued and is available for download and installation.
