As you create more and more Ads, you may want to categorize them into Ad Groups within your Campaign to help keep you organized.  To create a new Ad Group, from the "Manage Campaign" tab, select a Campaign, then click the "Create New Ad Group" link.   There is a step by step flow that will help you create a new Ad Group.
