How to Create Sub-domains
When creating sub-domains within Advanced DNS settings:
·         You must also designate the Mail Servers (MX Records) when dealing with email.
·         You must designate an IP address to each sub-domain.
·         Updates may take up to 2 hours to take effect (updates may resolve more quickly at some locations than others because many name servers on the Internet retrieve updates at different times).

To create a new sub-domain within Advanced DNS records:

1.     Within Account Manager, select My Domain Names

2.     Select the domain name you want to change and select Manage

3.     In the green box, select Change Where Domain Points

4.     Select Advanced DNS, then select Continue
5.     Select Edit A Records
6.     Enter the name of the sub-domain located under the Host column (Example: www) and the IP address located under the Numeric IP column, then click Continue

Please Note: If the sub-domain is in reference to a mail record, the Mail Servers (MX Records) must also be set- up
