To edit an Ad Group, from the "Manage Campaigns" tab, select the Campaign in which the Ad Group lives.  Under the Ad Group you want to edit, click the "Actions" button, and select the "Edit Ad Group" link.  From here you will be able to edit the name of the Ad Group.  From the Actions button, you can also Pause, Delete or Activate the Ad Group.
