How to Edit or Replace Primary Contact

How to Edit or Replace Primary Contact

There is only one Primary Contact per account. When an account is created as an individual (personal) account, it is assumed that the Account Holder is the Primary Contact; therefore the following instructions do not apply to individual type accounts.

For organization (business) accounts, the Account Holder assigns the Primary Contact as the legal representative, with full authority to act on behalf of the Account Holder to manage the account:

Only Account Holders and Primary Contacts can edit or replace a Primary Contact. When replacing a Primary Contact:

·         The current Primary Contact can use Account Manager to assign the role to someone else.

·         The Account Holder can replace the Primary Contact by following the Primary Contact Replacement form process.

Current Primary Contact Edit or Replace (assign the role to someone else):

These instructions are for organization (business) accounts

1.     Go to and click on MANAGE ACCOUNT

2.     Click on the Account Settings tab
